Country Life Farms is now forming a partnership in Surfing in Malibu, a bay yearling filly by Malibu Moon out of Silent Bullet. She is a full sister to $185,000 earner Surf Light, winner of the 2005 Maryland Million Ladies Stakes for Country Life Farm and partners and comes from a family of deep black type: 2nd dam Silent Bullet foaled 4 stakes winners, including Valay Bullet, the dam of G3 stakes-placed So Long Sonoma; 3rd dam is a half-sister to G1 winner Track Barron and G2 winner Romantic Lead (both became sires).

Malibu Moon is sire of eight 2-Year-Old Winners through August of 2008, including $100,000 stakes winner Essenceofthemoon and stakes-placed Golden Artemis and Adger.
