Norway House Runs 2nd On Del Mar Opening Day

Norway House, owned by Blue Sky Racing Stables ran a very credible second, beaten just a neck, in Race 2 on July 16, Del Mar’s opening day. Noway House ran three wide for most of the race, was four wide entering the home stretch. He made a very willing bid between rivals and held off a tenacious Glimmering Pete by a head to finish a game second.

Hi, I won the superfecta on opening day using Norway House. I promissed myself to help him…. if he eventually needed a new home.
Norway House has gone from Del Mar to a Fairplex Stakes race that was way too tough on him, & scracted twice after that race…..Norway house is going to race for an 8k tag at Turf Paradise in Arizona on Oct. 27th. If he slides any further down the ladder, it would be awful for someone to put him on a truck to Mexico…. Is there anyone else(besides me) who would care to help Norway House find a safe home after his racing days are over? He was such a hardworking race horse, he deserves a safe life after racing. Please respond.
Thanks from Mary Forte, Solana Beach, Ca.
