Racing Partnership Report From American Classic Thoroughbreds
Banjo Gold will be making his second racing appearance on the evening of Thursday August 13th, at Penn National. The 6 furlong race is for Maiden Claimers of $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 with a purse of $22,000.00. The horse will get a weight allowance and only have to carry 116 lbs. with Thomas Clifton as the rider. The managing partner and trainer both agree that Banjo will be more of a distance horse and provided he comes out of the race in good order he will be pointed next for a two turn race .
